Hardwood floors stained.
2/9/2021 UPDATE
Dry wall and ceiling work. New hardwood floors installed. Old kitchen cabinets moved into basement laundry room.
1/27/2021
We re-insulated the exterior walls with mineral wool batts and new vapor barrier. This will seal out the drafts the homeowner complained about. They have already noticed that space is warmer.
1/20/2021
Working in the basement to install the hydronic radiant flooring for the kitchen. It will feel great on a cold day like today!
1/14/21
Demo is well underway. The basement ceiling was demoed earlier this week to make way for the installation of radiant floors. The kitchen demo is coming along on schedule.
Demo starts next week (1/11/21) on a new kitchen project.
