Creating a new workplace for Mindex Technologies
Established in 1994, Mindex Technologies is a dynamic Software Programming and Professional IT Service company. Having grown to more than 200 employees, they approached Edge Architecture and Edge Building and Construction to create a new office in downtown Rochester to reflect their technology-based work culture, while accommodating their main business units.
Edge Architecture provided architectural design and project services for both the building as a whole and the interior tenant fit-out for Mindex. Edge Building and Construction provided GC services for the construction of the 1st Floor Mindex office space. The building is located in Alex Park, an eight-acre mixed-use project that will include new retail, office buildings, over 400 apartments, micro-units, and on-site parking garage.
